The Online Order Entry Portal allows customers secure access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV data and the ability to check stock availability along with the status of any back orders prior to entering a new order into the system.

Orders are not placed directly into Microsoft Dynamics NAV but held for release by order entry staff. Once released into Dynamics NAV the orders are processed by warehouse staff.

The customer also has the ability to view and print back orders and previous invoices.
