Jigsaw is strategically located near the M2 and M4 motorways; we have convenient and rapid access to most of metropolitan Sydney. In order to offer realistic response times to meet the levels of care and support our clients expect, we normally restrict our on-site support to the Sydney metropolitan area but will provide on-site support outside the Sydney metropolitan area on a case by case basis.

Our offices are open from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM Monday to Friday (EST). Telephone Hotline support is available during these hours and if required, arrangements can be made for services and support outside this time. To ensure optimal response times, all of our consultants and systems engineers have mobile phones. Support can also be provided by telephone or remote access via the Internet.
